It’s Not The Same
Even though the image was a complicated figure, there were still some artists who were amazed at how “Zeus” had been made. If we look at the images that were created in the age of egotistical Roman Emperor Augustus, we could see that the emperor wanted to be more like Zeus. However, if we looked at it more closely, the imagery did not look like the emperor himself.
Somehow The Same With Zeus
The Roman Emperor Augustus required his sculptor to make a few details of him because his real appearance would not be comparable to the finished product. His manifestation was a short hair and clean-shaven man. However, people in that era wanted to see complicated things. To make that kind of imagery, he desired an image that made his hair and beard the same with Zeus.
