A Run-In With A Teacher
Starting at a young age, Jessica’s sense of entitlement often led her to have a rebellious attitude, which sometimes got her into trouble, especially since she was brought up in a Christian household. In preschool, she had a run-in with a teacher which changed how she viewed authority. While working on her assignment in class, Alba was approached by her teacher and was forced to write with her non-dominant hand. Jessica said, “I have had a big problem with authority ever since.” That rebellious attitude got her into many undesirable circumstances.
Born To Young Parents
As a young girl, Jessica was a remarkable girl, and as she grew older, she started to become aware that her life was not quite as simple as the lives of other kids. Her parents got married while they were teenagers and already had two children- Jessica and her brother, Joshua- by the age of 20 and 21. Jessica told Rolling Stone that it often felt like they “all grew up together.” Jessica needed to get away from her family situation, and at the age of five, she already had dreams of becoming an actor. Jessica’s problems growing up were not only because of her parents, though.
