We could argue about the mistakes that happened in all modern English Bibles about the name of the Messiah. Some would say the name of “Jesus” would be Yeshua, but the name Joshua might be the most precise. In the real event, Yeshua was altered into Iesus. After those periods had passed, there were some changes in the name, and it became “Jesus” where every Christian knew this form of the word.
