Tourists tend to have a certain disregard for rules at times. Well, those rules were put in place for a reason, and that reason is normally for everyone’s safety. This tourist wanted to get up close and personal with some buffalos and one decided to approach the car and stick his head inside. Maybe he wanted to say hi and see what this guy is up to. He was just being polite if you think about it. There was no need to panic.
