You can cook hot dogs in many different ways. Some like to throw them on the grill and hope for the best. On the other hand, there are people who like them better boiled. Knox Kitchen wanted to switch it up a bit with the introduction of the Hot Dog Steamer. You can put hot dogs in sealed containers while heating up two buns at the same time. This is an unusual device, but it is actually quite clever. Sadly, we are not so sure if it is worth $30. At the moment, the Amazon reviews only have an average of 3 stars.

Even though the DZ Snotty Egg Separator is gross, we admire how clever it is as well. You can get this for $13.99. It lets you separate the yolk and egg white easily without doing it by hand. You only have to crack an egg into it. The device is shaped like a head, so the process makes it look like a person with a runny nose. In fact, the whites end up coming out of the red nose. It has a high rating on Amazon, so it sounds like it is worth it. However, keep in mind that you will have to wash it by hand when you use it.
