In 2018, when his Redskins beat Curry’s favorite team, the Panthers beat his then-teammate Steph Curry.

As Benjamin Haggerty, Rapper Macklemore is actually somewhat connected with the Seattle Seahawks or any other Seattle-based team. When it comes to the Seahawks, no matter what, regardless of their success, he shows his support for them. So, it makes sense that he is a native of Seattle. He has a song titled “My Oh My,” in which he pays an ode to former color commentator Dave Niehaus of the Seattle Mariner.
