Some many different illustrations and films portray the crucifixion. We could see in the film that Jesus wore a short tunic and a cape. Historians assumed that the robe that the Messiah was wearing was not a traditional mantle but a kind of prayer mantle. We also watched the movie, or we could see on different pictures of the crucifixion that He was wearing that kind of garment.

Historians even thought that Jesus had two different kinds of prayer shawls. There were descriptions in the Bible stating that the Messiah removed a scarf to bathe his devotees’ feet, and he was also wearing another cloak when he was praying.
