“Life imitates art,” as the saying goes. Workers in Scotland found themselves in a Toy Story-like situation. In 2010, a group of workers processing sewage could recover an entire platoon of toy soldiers. After cleaning the toys, they were mounted on a plaque and displayed for several years on the office wall. While the child who lost the toys did not have a happy ending, we’re sure it made the workers’ day!

On a similar note, engineers have discovered a drain that will bring back memories for millennials all over the world. Everyone knows Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po do not live in a sewer. This red Teletubby Po, on the other hand, is a long way from home. It’s unclear whether these toys were flushed down the pipes accidentally or on purpose, just as it was with the toy soldiers.
